Welcome to the AskVanessa.com website (the "Site"). This Site comprises various web pages operated by Care Indeed, Inc. ("Care Indeed" or the "Company"). AskVanessa is a Care Indeed service and brand.

Care Indeed's mission is to help create a better world for seniors and caregivers, and Care Indeed was founded by nurses with extensive caregiving experience.

Your right to access and use the Site is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively, the "Terms"), along with any other terms, conditions, and notices that may appear on the Site from time to time and which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms include any updates we may make from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.

This Site is offered to its users conditioned on their acceptance without modification of these Terms, and we reserve the right to revise or otherwise update these Terms at any time. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND ANY UPDATED TERMS THAT WE PUBLISH ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THESE TERMS PERIODICALLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE OR SERVICES.

1. Purpose of the Site

The purpose of this Site is to solely provide educational content and resources related to aging, caregiving, and care planning, and to assist you in learning about Care Indeed's services and AskVanessa programming. The Site may allow users to:

View caregiving and aging-related information and resources.
Communicate with our staff and/or automated assistants.
Request information about services and scheduling (if available).
Register for newsletters, events, trainings, or webinars (if available).
Access AskVanessa resources and downloadable materials.

Assessment & Planning: Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment; Strategic Care Planning
Care Coordination: Family Care Consulting; Memory Care Support; Medical Advocacy
In-Home Support: In-Home Care Services; Respite Care
Training & Education: Dementia Care Training; Family Caregiver Coaching

Service Availability

Service availability, scope, timing, and pricing (if applicable) may vary and may be governed by additional terms or separate service agreements. To access certain portions of the Site you may be required to register for an account (an "Account"). An "Account Holder" means the person in whose username an Account is registered. You are wholly responsible for the cost of all internet connection fees, along with all equipment, servicing, or repair costs necessary to use the Site.

No Insurance / No Health Plan

The Site is not an insurance product. It does not provide health insurance coverage and does not reimburse the cost of medical care.

If you engage Care Indeed for home care or other services, any such relationship will be governed by separate written agreements and related documents. If you engage any third-party professional listed on the Site, that relationship will be between you and that professional (or their business entity) under their own agreements.

Your use of this Site is subject to Care Indeed's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and informs users of our data collection and use practices. By using this Site, you agree that you have reviewed and understand our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security. Do not share your login information.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, for harassment, to copy content, or to gain unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Care Indeed or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARE INDEED'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $500 USD.

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, with limited exceptions.

Class Action Waiver

You waive your right to bring class actions or representative claims against Care Indeed.
