As a Co-Founder and Chief Nursing Officer of Care Indeed, I have dedicated my life to transforming the way we care for our aging population. My journey is fueled by a relentless passion for advocacy, education, and heart-centered leadership.
From Caregiver to Thought Leader
My story began in 2002, not in a boardroom, but at the bedside. Working as a caregiver, I experienced the profound vulnerability and trust involved in caring for someone's loved one. Those early years taught me that true care goes beyond medical tasks—it requires deep empathy and connection.
Driven to do more, I advanced my education and expertise, eventually co-founding Care Indeed in 2010. As Chief Nursing Officer, I've had the privilege of shaping a culture that prioritizes the dignity of clients and the empowerment of caregivers.
Today, I combine my clinical background as an RN and Geriatric Care Manager with my personal commitment to mentorship, helping families and professionals alike navigate the complexities of aging.
